1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: 

Standard clinical MRA and LGE-MRI where obtained.



2. Methods for processing the data: MRI was segmented and converted into a surface mesh. The surface mesh was converted into a volume mesh

Paraview, Meshalizer,OpenCARP

Egde length of mesh where optimised to be between 600mu meter and 1200 mu meter
