Most importantly, ErbB2 kinase activity is crucial for cardioprotection in the setting of β-adrenergic stress, suggesting that this mechanism is important in the pathophysiology and treatment of cardiomyopathy induced by ErbB2-targeting antineoplastic drugs.</div><div><br></div>
